📜 Shoppers Stop E-Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

1. Usage
   This E-Gift Voucher can be redeemed at all participating Shoppers Stop stores across India, including HomeStop, as well as on the official website
   The voucher is valid only within India.¹
2. Validity
   The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue.
   Expired vouchers will not be extended, revalidated, or refunded.
3. Redemption Rules
   The voucher can be used for purchasing merchandise, except restricted categories.
   Multiple vouchers may be used in a single transaction (subject to store policy).
   Partial redemption is allowed:
   In-store: Remaining balance may be issued as a credit note (if applicable).
   Online: Balance may be retained for future use (subject to system capability).
4. Exclusions
   This voucher is not valid for purchase of:
   Gold jewelry (22K/24K) and gold coins
   Electronics such as mobile phones, laptops, and cameras
   Any other category restricted by Shoppers Stop from time to time
5. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
   This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
   No refund or replacement will be provided if the voucher is lost, stolen, or misused.
   The voucher is non-reloadable.
